These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TerraMine mobile application ("the App") operated by TerraMine ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TerraMine. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
TerraMine uses a virtual currency called TerraBucks (TB). TerraBucks and all in-game items, including virtual properties (TerraAcres), resources, and game progress, are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Important: Virtual currency and in-game items cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside the App. All virtual goods are licensed to you, not sold.
USD earnings displayed in the App represent accumulated in-game values based on gameplay mechanics and are subject to the App's payout terms, which will be published separately prior to any payout feature becoming available.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.
You may submit content through the App, including check-in messages and photos ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant TerraMine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the App.
You represent that you own or have the right to submit any User Content you provide, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without notice.
TerraMine requires access to your device's location to function. Location data is used solely to enable core gameplay features as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke location access at any time through your device settings, but doing so will prevent certain features of the App from working.
The App contains optional rewarded video advertisements. Watching ads is never required to play the game — ads are available only to earn bonus in-game rewards at your discretion. Ad content is provided by Google AdMob and is subject to Google's policies.
All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, game mechanics, code, text, and the TerraMine name and logo, is the property of TerraMine and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on App content without our prior written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or continuity of in-game earnings, virtual currency balances, or game progress. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERRAMINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY, IN-GAME ITEMS, OR GAME PROGRESS.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the App. Upon deletion, your account data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, without liability to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via the App or email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
